How long does delivery take?
Ready-made products usually take 2–4 business days for delivery.
Customized or made-to-order products usually take approximately 8 business days, including production and delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available inside Lebanon.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free delivery is available on orders over $60 inside Lebanon.
Can I customize a product?
Yes. Many of our products can be personalized with names, initials, photos, engravings, colors, or other details depending on the design.
Can I change my customization after placing the order?
Please make sure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Once a customized order enters production, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.
Can I cancel my order?
Ready-made orders may be canceled before they are prepared for shipping.
Customized orders generally cannot be canceled once production has started
Can I return a customized product?
Customized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or different from the confirmed order
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Contact our customer support and send us clear photos or videos of the product.
After reviewing the case, we will provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable
Are your products available in gold and silver?
Many of our designs are available in gold and silver, depending on the product.

Does the jewelry change color?
Our products are made from selected materials and many pieces include color protection.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding strong chemicals, perfumes directly on the piece, and excessive exposure to water
